Ample free parking is available in The Dubai Mall car park. The closest parking is the Ice Rink or Cinema Car Park.

To find out all you need to know and more, the Information Counter, which you’ll find to the right of the Entrance, is your-one-stop-shop for park information and assistance.
Lost & Found
If you’ve lost something, please check at the Information Counter. Or call (04) 448-8484 to speak with someone who can help.
Lockers
Many of the attractions at SEGA Republic cannot be boarded unless any personal belongings that maybe affected by vibrations or impacts and all loose articles, such as mobile phones cannot be secured to the rider’s body, are left in a locker. Lockers are located at some of our attractions for you to store your belongings while enjoying the ride. For your convenience, you can also store bags at the Information Counter. | | ATM Machines

SEGA Republic is “swipe-friendly”, accepting Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB credit cards. You can use your card at the Entrance Cashier and the Park Cashier located at the Redemption Counter. First Aid
First Aid is available on Level 2 at the rear of the Sports Zone. Security
