Is there a charge for parking?Ample free parking is available in The Dubai Mall car park. The closest Car Park is the Ice Rink or Cinema Car Park.
The Dubai Mall provides Valet parking for an extra charge at the Grand Atrium Entrance. Rates are based on length of usage. Ask the attendant for details upon your arrival.

Is there a minimum height for the attractions?The following attractions have height restrictions:

Do you offer free admission for children?Yes, we do offer free admission for children below 90cm.
| Are there attractions for young children? SEGA Republic is fun for the whole family. However, children should be over 4 years old to fully enjoy all the attractions and games.
Do you have a prayer room?Prayer rooms are conveniently located in The Dubai Mall.
Do you have locker facilities?Many of the attractions at SEGA Republic cannot be enjoyed unless any personal belongings that may be affected by vibrations or impacts and all loose articles, such as mobile phones that cannot be secured to the rider’s body are left in a locker. Lockers are located at some of our attractions for you to store your belongings while enjoying the ride. Lockers are free of charge. For your convenience, you can also store bags at our Information Counter near the Entrance.

Is photography or video recording allowed?Photography and video recording are allowed in the general areas of the park. However, for safety reasons, no photography or video recording are allowed whilst riding the attractions at SEGA Republic.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?Food and drinks cannot be brought into SEGA Republic, but can be purchased inside the park.
Do you have a smoking policy?Yes, we do. For the comfort and safety of all Park Guests, smoking is prohibited at SEGA Republic.
Is there a way to skip attraction lines?No. Jumping or cutting the queue, including holding a place for others, is strictly prohibited at SEGA Republic.
